33 year-old R&B superstar Usher shoots atop the global album chart this week with his seventh studio set ‘Looking For Myself’. The album moved 197.000 copies in its first week at retail, with the biggest
sales in the USA (128.000), United Kingdom (27.000) and Germany (nearly 10.000). His former effort ‘Raymond vs. Raymond’ opened only at no.2 (week 15, 2010) but with much higher sales (348.000).
Meanwhile, Usher’s scream climbs on the Hot 100 and become Usher’s 18th top 10 hit. Usher is the male artist with the most top 10 hits!

Usher’s newest release, Looking 4 Myself has made Complex Magazine’s “The 50 Best Albums Of 2012…So Far” list! “With producer Diplo’s help, Usher’s first single “Climax”-a gloomy techno breakup song disguised as a slow jam-is one of the year’s most intriguing songs. The rest of the album is no letdown either,” says Complex.
